Superstar Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 has been creating a lot of buzz among the masses for its solid VFX and action sequences. 2.0 is a sequel of Shankar’s previous hit Enthiran (Robot) starring Thalaiva and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. But did you know, Ash will also be a part of 2.0? Yes, the director Shankar himself revealed that Aishwarya will be seen playing a cameo of her previous film character, Sana.
In a recent interview, the director revealed that Aishwarya is indeed a part of the script as her character Sana. The audience will get to see multiple references to her character, but she is not acting in the film. In 2.0, Amy Jackson will be seen playing a female lead. So far, the trailer of Robot sequel has got much love from the audience. Especially, Akshay Kumar’s villainous avatar is indeed a surprise package for all.
Due to much hype, 2.0 is witnessing phenomenal advance booking and has already earned Rs 120 crores. Made on a budget of Rs 600 crores, which is higher than the Baahubali series, 2.0 is releasing this November 29 and has been written and directed by Shankar, with music composed by A R Rahman. The Hindi version of the film is being presented by Karan Johar under Dharma Productions.
